Registration - EMBL-EBI data submission webinar (BioSamples & ENA)

We invite you to attend a webinar on the process and tools implemented for submitting sequencing data to ENA (EMBL-EBI) associated with detailed descriptions of sequenced samples in BioSamples.
The webinar will provide a detailed explanation of the input files required for submission, the fields requested in the templates, and a demonstration of how to use the scripts developed to automate data submission and simplify the process.
This webinar will take place on 7 april from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
