Afin de lancer notre nouvel instrument PacBio VEGA et d’accompagner la communauté scientifique dans l’exploration de ses applications, nous ouvrons un appel à projets pilotes.

Cet événement a pour objectif de vous faire découvrir les services proposés par la plateforme génomique du réseau Genotoul (GeT-PlaGe), avec un focus particulier sur le VEGA.

Profitez de cette occasion pour échanger directement avec notre équipe ! Nous serons là pour vous conseiller, vous guider et répondre à toutes vos questions concernant vos futurs projets long-reads utilisant cette technologie.

Why we collect the data : to identify you as a user of the GeT PlaGe platform services.

Lawful basis for processing the data: this data is only processed with your explicit consent. The registration form asks for this consent.

Who has access to the data : personal data is only accessible to the GeT PlaGe platform team who manage your data.

Data retention : Personal data will be kept 15 years or will be erased on demand. Operational logs and related information are kept independently in order to guarantee the infrastructure security and optimization.
